Safarnama’s original invitation templates, graphics, animations, website content, and digital materials are protected under the Copyright Act, 2023 of Bangladesh.

Purchasing an invitation does not transfer ownership of the template, design, artwork, code, or editable files. You receive a limited right to share the finished invitation for one personal wedding.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension of the invitation link and legal action under the Copyright Act, 2023 and other applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Third-party fonts, music, illustrations, photographs, and licensed assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Safarnama creates personalized digital wedding invitations using our available designs. You receive a shareable invitation link, not an editable template, source file, printed product, PDF, image, or video.

We personalize names, dates, events, family names, venue information, contact details, and invitation text. The design, colours, fonts, layout, illustrations, and animations remain fixed. Invitations are currently available in English only.

Full payment must be made through bKash before work begins. The price displayed on our website is final, with no hidden costs.

Your invitation will be delivered within 2 days after we receive your payment and complete information.

We can provide up to four links for different guest groups at no additional cost. The required links and event access for each group must be confirmed before work begins. Additional links cannot be requested after work has started.

You are responsible for checking all information before submitting it.

One essential information revision may be requested within 24 hours of receiving the final link. Design changes and requests made after this period are not included.

Because each invitation is a personalized digital product, payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed and work has begun.

This does not limit any rights or remedies required under applicable Bangladesh law.

You confirm that you have permission to use any photographs, music, names, or other content provided to Safarnama.

Music may require guests to press the play button because some browsers do not allow automatic playback.

Invitations may rely on third-party hosting and technology. Safarnama is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by browsers, devices, internet providers, hosting services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
